We all want to get more out of life, right? A good coach will be able to take an objective view of where you are now, where you can realistically get to, and encourage you to get there.

If you already have a coach... great, TheLifeCoach app will let you connect with your existing coach in a way that allows both you and the coach to get even more out of your relationship.

If you dont have a coach yet, no problem, just download the app and follow the prompts in it so we can start getting you set up.

If youd prefer to be your own coach, thats fine too. The app can provide support and feedback so you can set and track your own objectives

If youre a coach... Wouldnt it be useful to get a fuller picture of how your clients are doing when youre not with them? With The Life Coach you can create personalized sets of aims and indicators for your clients to track. They install the app and will be prompted (daily or with other schedules) to record information against those indicators. What information you want clients to capture and how is up to you.
